ANCILLARY, WORKSITE AND VOLUNTARY
In today’s competitive market, employers must continually update and enhance their benefit programs to attract and retain employees. Ancillary, worksite and voluntary programs offer your clients the opportunity to add value to the employee benefit program. With a balanced benefit program, employees are offered an array of benefits individually tailored to their diverse needs, while remaining within the budget parameters of the employers.

ANCILLARY
Ancillary products are employer-sponsored benefits including dental, life, disability and vision products. The ancillary programs often include a premium contribution from the employer or a shared contribution of premium by both the employer and the employee. The dental, life, disability and vision products are issued on a group basis and normally require a significant percentage of the employees to participate in the program.

WORKSITE AND VOLUNTARY
Worksite and voluntary benefits are often referred to as payroll deduct benefits. The worksite and voluntary programs offer each employee an opportunity to select the benefits best suited to their individual and family needs. The premiums for these products are normally paid for by the employee on a payroll deduction schedule. Although these products are underwritten and priced on a group basis, these products may be available as a guarantee issue product or require a minimum employee participation.

The worksite and voluntary benefits offer the employee a full array of benefits to include accident, critical illness, dental, disability, life and wellness coverages.
